Last fall I purchased my first rental property and it was so fantastic to be able to receive monthly rent cheques, on time and consistently. Got to tell you, there's nothing like the satisfaction of a cash flowing investment!
As with any purchase of real estate there are always some kinks along the way, but for me the true testament to how great an experience is, is not that it was flawless, but that you have professionals who offer viable solutions to issues and not excuses during the process. I found that to definitely be the case with the CashFlowTexas team. Being an out of state buyer clearly lends itself to anxiety that you don’t necessarily have when you are making an in-state purchase, but I have found that as long you let the team know your concerns they will go out of their way to work it out for you. For that I am very thankful! I can’t wait to do my next deal with them!
